First National Bank
VP Salt Lake Regional Manager

I am the VP Salt Lake County Regional Branch Manager for First National Bank of Layton Utah, where I have been a bank branch manager since October 2003. In January of 2016 I was promoted to the VP Salt Lake County Regional Branch Manager.

I started my banking career in St. Louis, Missouri in 1989 as a teller. My outgoing personality and friendly disposition with the customers and co-workers quickly propelled me to the New Accounts desk...and eventually into Management. I enjoy working with my current customers, and bringing in new relationships to the bank.

My passion has always been to help people. Which led me to work with ancient healing energy techniques in 2006. I opened my first official healing practice in the Fall of 2011 after becoming licensed in Hypnotherapy, Neuro-linguistic Programming (NLP), and Energy Work (Reiki). I work with clients to assist them in all levels of their healing; physical, mental, and emotional.

End In Mind
Innovative Leadership Speaker | Consultant

Innovative leaders inspire their people to befriend fear.
They win by playing the smarter game with a better team.

To create critical thinking, innovative, profitable cultures … you begin with leaders who befriend fear – not just face it. This mind-set gives leaders personal power, not just position power.

Such extraordinary leaders develop interdependent teams who aren’t afraid of real issues and challenges. These teams understand each other’s feelings and fears and value the differences that make each a unique contributing member.

Their winning team performance is enhanced synergistically by critical thinking in decision making to produce results far greater and more profitable than individual efforts ever could.

Warren Schroer
Past BD Manager of Office Depot
I have been involved with the Chamber for 20 years and have been a Chamber Ambassador for 14 of those years. Working with Office Depot in this area from it's conception 22 years ago has been a rewarding and challenging passion of mine. I love being involved and meeting new people everyday in my line of work. The Chamber affords the opportunity to network all around the valley and see different businesses launch and grow here in Utah. I am a graduate of Santa Barbara City College and UCSB with degrees in Business Administration / Economics yet there is no better training than being involved with company CEO's, CFO's and COO's to learn how business runs in the real world. The Chamber also allows me the opportunity to be involved in many charitable events / organizations and makes it easy to lend that helping hand when time allows.  Over the years Office Depot has worked closely with the SL Chamber to develop a National Chamber discount program- see link.
