Janet has been employeed with Catholic Community Services of Utah over 12 Years and has enjoyed the opportunity to be affliated with the Presidents Ambassadors. A native of Salt Lake City she has spent most of her adult life in the non-profit world working with volunteers and building partnerships with local businesses, civic groups, government groups and interfaith communities. Spent over thirty years supporting the military with her husband which gave her many opportunities to work and volunteer in the military stateside and aboard. It has been and is a great priviliage to be part of this great organization to network and promote the work of the Salt Lake Chamber.

Janet is a Senior Vice President of Community Development at Zions Bank.  She received her degree in Business Administration from the University of Utah and is a graduate of the Pacific Coast Banking School at the University of Washington.  Janet also completed the Utah Bankers Association Executive Development Program in 2013.  Janet joined Zions Bank in 1986 and has held various positions including Retail Sales Manager, Merchant Services Manager, Strategic Accounts Manager, Corporate Relations Manager, Treasury Management Officer and Community Development Officer.  In addition to her banking career, Janet is Vice Chair of the National Advisory Board for the Honors College at the University of Utah and a warm weather fan of the University of Utah football team.  She also serves as a board member of Special Olympics Utah, Intermountain Research and Medical Foundation Planned Giving Committee, Second Chair of the Salt Lake Chamber President’s Ambassadors.

They have won many awards for their work and service. Janice has a passion for women and small business and helping her community to remain vibrant and successful at large. She loves The Salt Lake Chamber and the WBC and feels they are both vital resources available to business across the state. Janice is also excited to assist the board in taking the WBC to the next level!

Joe Costanzo is the Director of Sales for Topgolf in Salt Lake City. Topgolf is a global sports entertainment community creating the best times of your life. Only closed two days each year (Christmas and Thanksgiving), Joe oversees a team of eight who are responsible for getting the party started for groups 12 to 1,200.

His passions include working in sports and entertainment, where he brings over seven years of experience from the Utah Jazz and where he became the sales rep formally known as "Joe Jazz.” 

Joe was born into a big Italian family in Cleveland, OH and his Mom is known for cooking meatball subs for his colleagues. The biggest reasons he loves Utah is as follows: It is one of the few places you can ski, hike, bike, boat, and golf all in the same day, also known as the MOST EPIC DAY OF THE YEAR and usually held in April.

Danene believes in a healthy lifestyle so at times a quick run under a bright sun and clear sky beats traveling to the most exotic destinations, but don’t be fooled, as she is a travel veteran. In her early years, Danene lived in Australia and later in life resided in Colombia, South America. An expedition into the depths of the Peruvian Amazon still remains her favorite experience, however. Danene knows more than most what a successful incentive trip entails having extensive experience in conference coordinating & event planning. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Travel & Tourism as well as a Master of Arts degree in American Studies. She is  fluent in Spanish and has completed eight marathons, two of which were the Boston. Danene’s resolute personality gives her a competitive edge in the industry, but it’s really her love of people and culture that fuel her travel passion.

Kate Edwards is Executive Director of Friends for Sight. She is passionate about saving the sight of children and adults throughout Utah, and honored to lead one of Utah’s many exceptional non-profit organizations. Kate also serves on the Intermountain Medical Center Community Advisory Council, Women’s Business Center Development Committee and Utah Profits Association Public Policy Committee.   Prior to her work at Friends for Sight, Kate was Director of Development at the Waterford School and earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Utah while working for the Utah Football team.  Kate and her husband, Mike, have two teenage children.  When she’s not working, you can usually find her on a football or baseball field.

Maybell McCann is the Executive Director for Community Health Charities, a nonprofit 501(c)3 group. She works with charity partners, both locally and nationwide, businesses and work site partners and givers in the community. The donations raised on behalf of the charity partners fund programs related to long term health challenges, research and education programs. Charity Partners include Ronald McDonald House Charities, American Cancer Society and Alzheimer's Association to name a few. Maybell was educated in Scotland and England and after graduating from high school was appointed as a Police Constable in the Lincolnshire Police Force, England. She served for over 12 years in varying roles, including Law Enforcement, Police Cadet Training and the Family Service Unit (dealing in cases of sexual abuse and assaults). Emigrated to the USA in 1984 and spent 22 years in banking and the last 8 years at Community Health Charities.

Working with Office Depot in this area from it's conception 22 years ago has been a rewarding and challenging passion of mine. I love being involved and meeting new people everyday in my line of work. The Chamber affords the opportunity to network all around the valley and see different businesses launch and grow here in Utah. I am a graduate of Santa Barbara City College and UCSB with degrees in Business Administration / Economics yet there is no better training than being involved with company CEO's, CFO's and COO's to learn how business runs in the real world.
