Its purpose is to financially support The Salt Lake Chamber Women's Business Center\, while increasing awareness of its programs and events.\n\n\n\nYear after year\, since its creation in 1997\, the Women's Business Center has committed to empowering women entrepreneurs in our state by providing a platform for business development\, delivering quality and applicable entrepreneurial counseling\, equipping them with professional education and training and creating premier networking and mentoring opportunities.\n\n\n\nThis year the Summer Social will introduce to its supporters the Women's Business Center's Woman Entrepreneur of the year. The event will feature the Chinese New Year theme\, an upscale silent auction\, live entertainment and a fun environment to meet other women in business in the heart of downtown Salt Lake City. During the event\, the 2016 Women Business Center of Woman Entrepreneur of the year will be presented to a Women's Business Center client.\n\n\n\nDuring the event you will be able to help us raise funds to assist more women entrepreneurs in Utah through the Women's Business Center.
