\nCuisine Unlimited is proud to be the exclusive food and beverage provider at the \;Eccles \;Theater. These operations include all private event catering as well as innovative theater concessions for all shows in the Delta Hall and Regent Street Theater. \;Numerous venue spaces within the theater will be available for corporate and social events\, \;giving Salt Lake City an outstanding new location to serve the community. \;
The \;George S. and Dolores \;Doré\; \;Eccles \;Theater \;is Salt Lake City&rsquo\;s newest performing arts center. The state-of-the-art theater features the 2\,500-seat Delta Performance Hall\, an intimate black box theater\, event and rehearsal spaces\, a 6-story grand lobby\, an outdoor plaza\, and a \;galleria \;which will connect the theater to the adjacent 111 Main office tower. The theater&rsquo\;s various spaces will host national touring Broadway\, concerts\, comedy and other popular entertainment events\, as well as innovative local performances and community events.
