Roger is passionate about entrepreneurship and works with volunteer organizations such as Entrepreneur Launch Pad. He has over 32 years of Business Management experience\, with small and large companies and companies preparing to go public. He has worked primarily in sales\, marketing\, merchandising and product development positions in multiple sales channels. Andrew has tries to do whatever he can do to help others succeed in life and business. In 1998\, he founded an organization to help At Risk families in Amarillo\, TX. In 2009\, he was one of the founders of the Entrepreneur Launch Pad and currently serves on the Board of Directors. Andrew has worked with several startups.
