She has a Master's degree in Marketing Communications and moved to the United States in 2001. After working at the Salt Lake Chamber for nearly eight years she decided to develop her interest in Indian cookery by starting her own line of spice blends and opening a restaurant. Saffron Valley is a one of a kind Indian restaurant in the Greater Salt Lake area and serves food from the North\, South\, East and West of India.
