In this role\, he is responsible for leading the Customer Service Center of Excellence located in Salt Lake City for the Laundry\, Home Care and Beauty Retail Business Units as well as the customer logistics teams located throughout the US and Canada supporting Henkel's top strategic customers. In addition\, Aaron is also responsible for leading the North America Demand Planning Organization located in Stamford\, CT as well as the Trade Deduction Management Team in Salt Lake City. Throughout his 20 years Aaron has held various leadership roles in supply chain management in the areas of manufacturing\, demand planning\, import/export compliance\, distribution management\, customer service and sales account management within the telecommunications industry and the consumer packaged goods industry.
