This initiative seeks to engage\, educate\, and empower women in business. She is also the Director of the Freshmen Academy\, a program to help students feel that they belong in college. In 2020 she became the CEO and Co-Founder of Allred Management Consulting where she worked as a Diversity\, Equity\, and Inclusion consultant. In 2019-2020 she conducted global DEI research engaging people from 38 countries. Prior to consulting\, she worked for the Mason School of Business at William & Mary executing programs focused on women?s leadership\, alumni engagement\, and entrepreneurship. She and her husband have traveled to over 100 countries and have five incredible kids.\n\n\n\n\n\nNON-PROFIT SPOTLIGHT:  \n\nProject Connection is a nonprofit mental health organization committed to improving access to quality mental health care and delivering innovative\, community-based support services to underserved populations in Salt Lake County. At Project Connection\, they believe that individuals thrive when they are connected\, integrated\, and supported within their communities.
