On Wednesday\, August 23rd\, the e2 Business Program is hosting a brief\, 1-hour breakfast session in which Morgan Bowerman of Wasatch Resource Recovery will be briefing us on how the digester can help divert your business' food and green waste from the landfill--this will be a particualrly interesting session for restaurants. You will learn: What is an anaerobic digester (AD)? What are the logistics of making this work in-house? What kind of businesses will most benefit? Who will be hauling the food waste?
