Cox to Mexico. With 120 million people and a GDP of approximately $1.33 trillion\, Mexico offers tremendous opportunities for Utah companies interested in increasing their footprint in Latin America.\n\n\n\nThe trade mission will take place from October 16 through October 23\, 2021. In that time\, selected delegates will travel to Mexico City and Guadalajara.\n\n\n\nUtah companies ready to grow their international sales and connect with potential partners and investors are encouraged to apply. On this trade mission\, delegates will:\n\n\n Forge connections with high-level business\, government\, and investment leaders\n Receive briefings by in-country experts and the U.S. Commercial Service\n Learn from successful companies in the market during site visits\n Participate in customized B2B meetings with companies and potential investors in the market\n\n\n\nWhy Mexico?\nWith the 15th-largest economy in the world\, Mexico will see extensive growth potential due to its young population and large\, diversified market. Given this market\, along with the new U.S. Mexico Canada Agreement (USMCA)\, most U.S. products and services have ample opportunities for growth and market expansion.\n\n\n\nMexico ranked number one among U.S. trade partners in total trade in 2019\, with a value of USD 614.5 billion. Exports totaled USD 256.4 billion and Imports totaled USD 358.1 billion.
