DESCRIPTION:Chances are that most of us know our marketing needs\, but we do not know where and how we should spend our money and time. Should we strike a chord in a few channels or be anywhere our customers are? What should we do in each channel?\n\n\n\nDuring this class we will learn how to develop and maintain a strategic\, analytical\, integrated\, and successful social media marketing plan.\n\n\n\nParking Instructions:\n\nIf you are driving\, park in the west side of the parking lot on the corner with 400 South and State Street. When you arrive\, proceed to the left/west (monthly and validated parking) area and take a ticket and pass through the yellow parking gate. We will provide validations upstairs at the front desk. \n\n\n\nPlease do not enter on the right/east side and park in the two rows closest to the building or you will have to pay in advance and we will not be able to validate your parking. \n\n\n\nPlease note that we are not able to guarantee parking for everyone in our lot.\n\n\n\nWe encourage you to take Trax and help keep our air clean. Nelson Altamirano was born and raised in Chile as the youngest child in a family of five girls and one boy. He immigrated to the United Stated in 1999 and currently lives in Utah with his wife and their 3 children.\nNelson received undergraduate degrees in Architecture and Information Systems from BYU-Idaho and a Master of Business Administration from the David Eccles School of Business at the University of Utah.\n\n\n\nNelson has over a decade of experience in corporate global digital marketing and more than 15 years in the field of technology. During the course of his career\, Nelson's teams have won several industry national awards for their digital marketing efforts.\n\n\n\nNelson currently works at LDS Business College as the Digital Marketing Program Chair\, where he oversees the world's first accredited degree on Social Media Marketing.\n\n\n\nHis volunteer experience comprises serving in various roles\, including Board of Directors Member & Digital Marketing Director at The Chilean Association of Utah\, Digital Strategy Adviser at CHOICE Humanitarian\, Executive Committee Member at The Latin American Chamber of Commerce\, and Cultural Well-Being Associations Director at BYU-Idaho.
