She holds a Masters in Public Administration (MPA) and the Senior in Professional Human Resources (SPHR) certification. Jonica is passionate about teaching leaders how to align people and business strategies to create legally compliant programs\, policies and processes that attract and retain optimal talent and maximize business performance and profitability.\n\nAbout the Utah Microloan Fund:\n\nOur mission is to empower underserved communities throughout Utah by providing business training and funding to entrepreneurs in start-up & existing businesses that do not qualify for traditional funding sources.
