As a program manager for the state of Utah\, he sees himself as a change agent. He has worked for the Office of the Medical Examiner for over 25 years effectively implementing systems that are flexible enough to evolve with changing legislation but rigorous enough to maintain efficiency and consistency. \n\n \n\nCallor published a book\, Life After Suicide: The Impact of Suicide on the Ones Left Behind\, where he depicted the various pathways to healing that he and his family experienced after they lost loved ones to suicide. Callor and his wife\, Katy\, are co-founders of an organization called Links of Courage\, with a two-fold mission to help people through the grieving process of losing a loved one to suicide and to make an impact large enough to prevent suicide in Utah's youth population. He volunteers with American Foundation for Suicide Prevention and currently serves as president of the board of directors and co-chair of the public policy committee. \n\n\n\nDr. Eric T. Monson\, MD\, PhD\n\n\n\nDr. Eric Monson is an assistant professor at the University of Utah in the department of Psychiatry. He received his medical training at the University of Iowa\, earning simultaneous degrees in medicine and in genetics\, with a focus on research in serious psychiatric disorders and suicidal behavior. Since moving to Utah in 2018\, he has refined his research focus to the intersection of psychological trauma exposure and risk for suicide death\, particularly in youth and young adults. Alongside research\, he maintains an outpatient child and adolescent psychiatry clinic in Davis County with a focus on working with individuals with traumatic exposures and is the medical director for the Zero Suicide program at the University of Utah. He is also married and has three kids\, aged 11 to 17\, who all ensure that his life never gets too boring.\n\n\n\nAbout Our Moderator: \n\n\n\nAlly Isom\, Chief Corporate Affairs Officer\, Clyde Companies\, Inc.\n\n\n\nAlly Isom is a community leader and strategist where brand\, policy and public engagement intersect. Isom is the chief corporate affairs officer for Clyde Companies.
