ATHENA and Pathfinder Nominations 2026

The Salt Lake Chamber is now accepting nominations for the ATHENA Leadership Award® and Pathfinder Awards, to be presented at the 50th Anniversary Women & Business Conference and ATHENA Awards Luncheon in November 2026.

As we celebrate 50 years of empowering women in business, we invite you to help us recognize the leaders who are making a lasting impact in our community.

Nominate an Outstanding Leader

Do you know a Salt Lake Chamber member who:

• Demonstrates excellence, creativity and initiative in their business or profession

• Provides meaningful service that improves the quality of life in their community

• Actively supports women in realizing their full leadership potential

• Embodies ATHENA International’s Eight Principles of Enlightened Leadership

If so, we encourage you to submit a nomination for the 2026 ATHENA Leadership Award or Pathfinder Award.

About the Awards

ATHENA Leadership Award®

The ATHENA Leadership Award is a prestigious national award presented annually to an active member of the Salt Lake Chamber who demonstrates excellence, creativity and initiative in business, provides valuable service by devoting time and energy to improve the quality of life for others in the community and assists women in reaching their full leadership potential.

Pathfinder Award

The Pathfinder Awards are presented annually to community leaders who create new paths promoting the development and recognition of women in business.
