Publik Coffee Roasters has two locations in Salt Lake City. Their roastery in the Central 9th neighborhood is 100% solar powered and their Avenues coffee house is located on 3rd Ave and G Street. In addition, they serve breakfast and coffee at their restaurant, Publik Kitchen, in the 9th and 9th District. All are open 7 days a week. The Publik name was chosen because it means community, and Publik uses local food products wherever possible. They believe in quality over quantity, community over corporate and planet over profit.

* If you are driving, please park in the west side of the parking lot at the Chamber building. When you arrive, proceed to the left/west (monthly and validated parking) area and take a ticket and pass through the yellow parking gate. We’ll provide validations upstairs at the front desk. Please do not enter to your right/east side and park in the two rows closest to the building unless the parking lot is full. You will need to pre-pay in advance and we are unable to validate or refund this expense. We encourage you to take TRAX and help keep our air clean. Please use the Library Square stop on the red line to arrive at the Salt Lake Chamber offices.
