Develop and assess your ability to guide a team through actual, real time projects with multiple, simultaneous, overlapping, organizational changes. This three-day (in-class) simulation course requires project managers to: (1) exercise the complete range of project management tools and techniques while managing a significant corporate project, and (2) develop a valuable new set of leadership skills held by a select few --guiding others through the unsettling distress of major changes to their organization. During the course you will learn practical skills that will help you and your project team get through changes faster, with less pain, and with better outcomes. This course is registered with the Project Management Institute for 24 Professional Development units (PDU), which can be applied toward maintaining other related licenses and certification. This course incorporates the Project Management Institute's Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge principles and is beneficial in preparation for the Project Management Professional certification
