Night of the Stars

Thousands of Utah children are reading at grade level today because of the generous commitment of volunteers who have spent time with them weekly. That's reason to celebrate! When children like reading and feel confident, they're more likely to enjoy learning. Because of Read Today tutors, lives have been touched and potential ignited by the skills gained and the care and attention given. And now, it's time to throw a party. Not just any party, a ''red carpet'' celebration, honoring, thanking, and recognizing the work and accomplishments this year. Hundreds of tutors in the Read Today AmeriCorps program will join VIPs from the business, education and legislative communities to show their support for education in Utah. The event will also feature the launch of a new brand that captures Utah's collaborative efforts to take education up a notch. See the new ads on the big screen. Prosperity 2020, KSL and the Larry H.
