Please join us for our first Business Women's Forum luncheon of 2018! Nancy Pearce, from Zions Bank, will be presenting on gender issues in the workplace. It is a fact that for every dollar a man makes, a woman makes 20 cents less for working the same job. Women still don't earn the same salaries as men for the same position. Nancy will lead round table discussions on what these gender issues are and what steps we can take to fix them.
Additionally, The Family Support Center will be our Non-profit Spotlight for the luncheon. The Family Support Center began in 1977 and has just celebrated their 40th year of serving the Salt Lake County Community. Their mission is to protect children, strengthen families, and prevent child abuse. They will be doing a "Paper Products Drive" at our luncheon. Please bring one of the following:

About the Presenter:
Nancy Pearce is Vice-President/Financial Center Manager IV for Zions Bank. At Zions, she is involved with diversity and inclusion forums including the Women in Business, community affairs, and equal opportunity groups. She sits on a committee with Zions Retail Executive Director on how to bring positive change to Zions Bank with her focus on diversity. Prior to Zions, she worked for Wells Fargo Bank for 12 years where she managed multiple branches and was the state Co-Chair with Community Affairs. She led the state in monthly volunteerism activities and was nominated as the 2017 Volunteer of the Year for the State of Utah through Wells Fargo Bank. She is involved in the Davis Chamber of Commerce and currently serves as Co-Chair for the Business Women's Forum through Salt Lake Chamber. She received her degree at LDS Business College and attended the University of Utah. In her free time she loves to volunteer in her community, spend time with her children, spend time outdoors, work in the yard, hike, boat, tube, ski etc. She also loves to travel when she can and is excited to be traveling to China this year.
