​Christian Deputy has been working in the insurance industry since 2001. He specializes in helping clients in the retail, manufacturing, technology, and professional services industries. He is a walking quadriplegic due to a mountain biking injury and enjoys flying and fly fishing.

  • Earl Foote, Founder / CEO, Nexus IT

Earl Foote is a serial entrepreneur with a massive itch to see and experience the world, it’s cultures, people and food. In 2019 alone, Earl did 14 business and personal trips around the world - from Vancouver BC to Costa Rica to Spain to Iceland to Dubai. As a Co-Founder of ELEVATE INTL, a project that’s passionate about offering adventures, retreats, and humanitarian service opportunities to leaders, he shares his wanderlust for seeing the world to bless the lives of at-risk children. 
 
Earl brings an open and abundance-minded, fun-loving nature to those around him. His life passions and pastimes include skiing, biking, camping, backpacking, and music. Although he spends much of his time in the great outdoors, he draws his greatest joy in life spending quality time with family, friends and loved ones and playing and performing music with his band.
 
More than anything, Earl strives to make a positive impact in the world and the lives of those that surround him, including his team at his primary venture - Nexus IT; an IT company he founded 22 years ago to provide IT support and solutions so outstanding, they enable business leaders to focus on their business and forget about the intricacies of technology.
 
Although technology can be a major source of frustration for many people, Earl and his team enjoy tinkering around with the latest advancements to find new ways to improve operational efficiencies. Earl and his team’s warm, refreshing vibe tends to make clients feel more at ease when it comes to their technology.

  • ​Jared Hoskins, COO / CIO, Strong Connexion

Jared Hoskins is a highly accomplished, and results-oriented Executive with proven experience leading full life cycle of product and program portfolio delivery. He’s worked across a broad spectrum of industries and implemented the development of organizations cyber forces, strengthened their cyber defense, resilience, and deterrence posture. He has accomplished an outstanding combination of acquisition, operational and technical leadership expertise, development, integration, fielding, operations and sustainment of complex hardware and software information systems, including Commercial Data Centers, complex unified communication networks that provide multi-agency and commercial support.
 
As COO | CIO, he’s leading all IT & cybersecurity initiatives for Strong Connexions, providing cohesive vision and acquisition strategy to lead personnel, effecting change, and driving breakthrough business results in growth and technology advancements. 
 
He has directed acquisition strategies and complex negotiations with firms for key technology, materiel, supply chain, and technical services contracts. Respected as a visionary leader for geographically dispersed & virtual teams throughout the United States with ability to instill a shared vision and provide turnaround and high-growth results.

  • ​Brandon Robertson, VP Healthcare Practice, The Buckner Company

Brandon’s passion is taking care of people. He has over 15 years of experience in business operations across the healthcare and technology landscape. Brandon works to use his knowledge to help others know they can have a partner in their risk management, cyber and safety programs.

As an experienced operator and executive, Brandon understands what it is like to own and operate a business. He’s gone through many of the difficulties businesses face in managing risk and insurance. Brandon works to use his background and knowledge to help businesses understand how to build a partnership with their insurance broker and effectively transfer risk! He uses his experience to get to know your company's needs and partner with you to create the best insurance map possible and secure the most appropriate coverage for your firm. His goal is to work together with you to be safe, reduce risk and increase compliance to avoid incurring claim worthy events. His goal is to ask the right questions together and develop the best plan possible to reduce cost and manage your company's risk.

Brandon is passionate about helping businesses take care of people - their employees, customers, patients and clients. Brandon hopes to use this passion and experience to help others know they can have a partner in risk management.
