Unlike many "traditional" training models where the trainer stands at the front of the room and puts good ideas into a PowerPoint presentation and the students copy it and go home, THIS will be interactive... the lion's share of the value will not be provided by the trainer... rather, it'll be provided by the students, guided in a conversation BY the trainer. About the Presenter:
Matt Lewis has a rich background of over 25 years of experience in team leadership, executive management and coaching . . Matt is certified in “training design” and as such, his training classes are often custom-designed for clients and are more “experiential” – equally focused on the inner world of the student and the outer world of the environment – than other traditional training classes.
Prior to starting Altius Leadership, Matt served at several world class organizations (Microsoft, Dun & Bradstreet, CenturyLink, et al) designing and delivering successful programs in leadership development, team building, diversity, communications, customer service, sales, change management, performance management and other areas. Matt transforms the training room into a learning laboratory to explore innovative leadership concepts and management approaches.
