Judy is a Human Resources leader with over 25 years? experience contributing to the profession through human resources consulting, providing strategic leadership, helping leaders manage their workforce, researching and writing best practices, mentoring managers, and teaching human resources principles. Judy has ten years teaching, mentoring, and training experience. She has been fortunate to become an expert at compensation and classification, benefit administration, employee relations, laws and regulations, policy writing, training and development. She also has over ten years? experience writing, coordinating, and managing promotional and new hire testing for law enforcement. Judy has a Doctorate in Management, a Master?s Degree in Public Administration, and a Bachelor?s Degree in Human Resources Management.
