This retreat is all about you and what tactics you can learn to bring balance, organization and health into your personal life and the work place.
Your day will start with a brief guided yoga session and will continue with a series of workshops, a nature walk and lunch.

Meet our yoga instructor!
Lauren Holman
Lauren grew up in Salt Lake City, Utah. She first started practicing yoga at a local studio in town. She started her business, Yoga with Lauren LLC , to provide private consultations that make poses accessible to diverse body types, interests, and abilities. In addition to private lessons, she is a yoga and meditation instructor at Centered City Yoga and Wasatch Ayurveda and Yoga. This fall Lauren will study in India to further her knowledge on the healing aspects of yoga.

Camilla Kragius
Camilla Kragius is a Strategic Performance Coach & Advisor who works with business owners and their teams showing them how to reach that next level and work more efficiently. She believes in using simple tools that give big results. Camilla specialize in time management, productivity, mindset, goal-setting, high performance as well as sales, leadership communication and business strategies. Her clients range from startups to 100 million dollar companies.
Dawn Abbe
Dawn began her career as a massage therapist in 1997. She works on both humans and horses. She says that working on the horses has helped her hone her skills of being able to ?listen to the body? and intuitively know what to work with during her sessions. Dawn has her massage certification through Utah College of Massage Therapy and her BS in business management from Brigham Young University. She enjoys spending time gardening, preserving the harvest and preparing yummy healthy food. She also loves riding her horse and spending as time as possible out in Utah?s amazing mountains and desert.
Holly Stokes
Holly Stokes, The Brain Trainer, 3 time Author, Speaker and Master NLP Coach, has more than 20 years experience in the field of applied psychology. She has worked with thousands of clients in ?rewiring? the brain out of old habits, fears, stress and the sabotage that steals health and vitality. She created the A Lighter You! System to address the REAL reasons we gain weight: old habits, cravings, mental blocks and lack of motivation. Through Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Hypnosis and Coaching, she loves inspiring clients to lead healthier, happier lives of purpose and achievement. She appears on radio shows and local TV in Salt Lake City, where she keeps a busy practice and co-owns The Life Harmony Wellness Center.
