Special Event with Lt. General Andrew Busch, Retired U.S.A.F.

No matter where you sit on the organization chart, you always have a boss and bureaucracy around and above you. There is risk with implementing change and you need to communicate up your chain as well as to your team. In this TOC Club Special Event, Andrew will discuss some of his implementations as background. His talk will then center on the challenges of getting his boss on board and dealing with what he calls “the antibodies that always seem to come out of the woodwork.” Join us at The United Way of Salt Lake City for lunch at 11:30 AM, program to start at 12:00 PM. Lunch is provided. 



Andrew Busch was a Lieutenant General when he retired from the Air Force in 2017 after being at the helm of four large organizations that employed tens of thousands civilian and enlisted personnel. He is a dynamic speaker and his keynote address was a highlight of the 2017 Building On Success Conference sponsored by the State of Utah Governor’s Office of Management and Budget and Goldratt Consulting.
