Winos for Wildlife 2017
What is “Winos for Wildlife”? This unique conservation fundraiser is a wine tasting/tapas event held in conjunction with an art and wildlife photography auction that will benefit wildlife and community projects in Africa.
• Join us for an African “Sundowner” to celebrate our 5th anniversary at Utah’s Hogle Zoo.
•Explore wines and spirits representing vintners from around the globe.
• Small bite food pairings featuring bold flavors in the spirit of African safari cuisine.
• View photography and art highlighting the natural beauty we strive to protect and bid on pieces in a silent auction.
• Enjoy a lovely panoramic, sunset view of our giraffe, zebra and ostrich in the African Savanna exhibit.
• For Guests 21 years and over.
• ***Ticket sales will be limited*** PHOTOGRAPHY/ART EXHIBITION & AUCTION We will be featuring more than 20 pieces of wildlife art and photography by artists and photographers from all over the country who have been impacted and inspired by the beauty that exists throughout these endangered ecosystems. These rare and priceless works will include both amateur and professional pieces. These works will be offered via a silent auction, with proceeds contributing to our overall conservation efforts.
