Workshop: The Language of Inclusive Leadership"?
With recent national and world events around race, tensions are high. We know that as our world changes, our leadership skills need to evolve. Now D&I conversations are at the forefront of leadership conversations more than ever. Many of us desire to have more diverse and inclusive workplaces. How do we lead with inclusion so that we can meet the concerns that are being expressed in our workplaces? In this workshop, we will learn how to transition from the traditional exclusive leader mindset and language to an inclusive leader mindset and language. The inclusive leader is able to empathize, validate and adapt to the changing landscape of diversity in the workplace. This will be a highly interactive training, come ready to learn. This training is for anyone seeking to build their leadership skills.

About Our Speaker:
Sara Jones has coached, keynoted, and trained hundreds of executives nationally on leadership, performance, talent, and growth strategies. She is the President of InclusionPro (www.inclusionpro.com), which provides a suite of talent services to help companies succeed at attracting and retaining diverse talent. She also innovates on talent technology. Sara was the CEO of ApplicantPro, an HR tech company that provided applicant tracking, background checks, assessments and video interviewing. She is a co-Founder of Women Tech Council (www.womentechcouncil.com), founded in 2007, with a community of over 10,000 women and men. She was the head of business development and partnerships at School Improvement Network, which offered on-demand video training to educators. Sara started her career at Workman Nydegger as a patent attorney and partner. She has a degree from the University of Utah in chemical engineering and a law degree from BYU.
