2026 Westminster University Corporate Symposium

2026 Westminster University Corporate Symposium

Join us for Westminster University’s first Corporate Symposium!

Westminster University invites business leaders, employers, and organizations of all sizes to a half-day seminar and networking event designed to explore the benefits of partnering with Westminster and discover opportunities for meaningful, mutually beneficial corporate partnerships.

As Utah’s only small, private, independent university, Westminster is uniquely positioned to serve as a hub for business connectivity, talent development, and innovation. Through customized partnerships, Westminster helps organizations connect with talented students and alumni, develop their workforce, and engage with the university’s academic expertise and resources.

The symposium will feature a general session with an overview of corporate partnership opportunities, remarks from Westminster’s new president, Dr. Sylvia Torti, and introductions to key campus leaders. Attendees will also have the opportunity to participate in four breakout sessions led by Westminster faculty and staff, with two sessions offered during each time slot.

Breakout session topics include:

  • The Future-Ready Workforce: A Business Leaders Roundtable: Explore workforce trends, challenges, and opportunities through a conversation focused on preparing for the future of work.
  • Westminster’s Alumni Perks Program: An Overview for Partners: Learn how businesses can connect with Westminster alumni and participate in opportunities that benefit both organizations and graduates.
  • Westminster’s Liberal Arts Advantage: Talent, Culture, and Real-World Problem-Solving: Discover how a liberal arts education prepares graduates with adaptable skills, critical thinking, and the ability to navigate complex business challenges.
  • Internships and Career-Ready Students: Learn how organizations can connect with Westminster students through internships and other opportunities that support career development and workforce needs.

The event will also include breakfast and lunch networking opportunities, providing time to connect with business leaders, Westminster faculty and staff, and other members of the community.

Whether you are interested in developing talent, engaging with students and alumni, or exploring a customized partnership with Westminster University, this symposium is an opportunity to learn, connect, and discover what is possible.
