The goals of the Foodtrepreneur event, therefore, are threefold: to empower citizens to start or grow their own food business; to create excitement around the local food and entrepreneurship movements; and to celebrate the efforts and products of the Salt Lake City and Utah residents who are growing thriving food and beverage businesses.
The event will also feature a panel where top local food bloggers share their insight on starting and running a successful food and lifestyle blog.

This event will be held in downtown Salt Lake City on a Thursday afternoon/evening, so people can come straight from work and enjoy a vibrant panel discussion and then segue into the tasting showcase for lots of “happy hour” snacks and drinks.
