ATHENA and Pathfinder Nominations 2026

The Salt Lake Chamber is now accepting nominations for the ATHENA Leadership Award® and Pathfinder Awards, to be presented at the 50th Anniversary Women & Business Conference and ATHENA Awards Luncheon in November 2026.

As we celebrate 50 years of empowering women in business, we invite you to help us recognize the leaders who are making a lasting impact in our community.

Nominate an Outstanding Leader

Do you know a Salt Lake Chamber member who:

Demonstrates excellence, creativity, and initiative in their business or profession
Provides meaningful service that improves the quality of life in their community
Actively supports women in achieving their full leadership potential
Embodies ATHENA International’s Eight Principles of Enlightened Leadership™

ATHENA Leadership Award®

The ATHENA Leadership Award recognizes accomplished individuals who actively support women in achieving professional excellence and leadership opportunities. Recipients are honored not only for their success, but for how they uplift and pave the way for others—continuing a legacy of leadership celebrated over the past 50 years.

Pathfinder Award

The Pathfinder Award honors business and community leaders who create new paths and champion the growth, recognition, and advancement of women in business.
