Beer and a Shot Flu Shot Clinic

The Westside Coalition is partnering with the Salt Lake County Health Department and local breweries and pubs to bring mobile flu clinics to the patrons of these establishments, for free.  The mobile clinic will be outside the bar, near the patio. Bring your insurance card if you have one, but if not, the shot is free. You will be asked to sign a waiver before receiving the vaccine.
