Business Essentials: The Six Hat Approach to Getting Stuff Done

About the Presenter: Melissa Bamfo
Melissa’s background is in building client sales processes and customer fulfillment systems for organizations like Excel Entertainment, Ogden City, and Weber State University. She has since graduated from a corporate setting and now spends her time working with businesses across the country.  Since forming Business Made Simple with Erin, they have consulted with over 100 small businesses from across the country to help them organize and systemize their day to day operations. They have worked with companies ranging from general contractors to caterers and marketing firms. In 2015 Melissa became a professor for an online accredited Masters in Business Operations program and will soon be a published co-author. She is also a sought after speaker and trainer. She has trained for companies such as Melaleuca, Lifetime Products and MarketAmerica. Melissa is the mother of her beautiful daughter Lucy. She loves the outdoors and enjoys kayaking and hiking.

Parking Instructions:
If you are driving, please park in the west side of the parking lot at the Chamber building. When you arrive, proceed to the left/west (monthly and validated parking) area and take a ticket and pass through the yellow parking gate. We’ll provide validations upstairs at the front desk. Please do not enter on the right/east side and park in the two rows closest to the building or you will have to pay in advance and we will not be able to validate your parking.
