About the Presenter:
Monte Wylie, Group Talent Acquisition Manager

Monté Wylie is a dedicated HR professional with a passion for acquiring, engaging, and mentoring professionals as they enter the business world. Monté completed his undergraduate coursework at the University of Southern California where he graduated with honors in American Military History. After 5 years of business experience, he returned to graduate school and earned a Master of Science in Management and Leadership at Pepperdine University.
As a business leader with Enterprise Holdings, Inc., Monté successfully journeyed through the Management Training program and has been a member of the Enterprise team for over 12 years. Throughout his tenure with Enterprise, Monté has successfully managed several locations including the largest Enterprise location in the company. During his time with Enterprise, Monté has been successful in leveraging human resources through creative training methods to maximize retention, revenue, profitability, and growth opportunities.
Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family, reading, and tearing up the road or trails on his bikes any chance he can get!
About The Photographer:
Melissa Majchrzak

Melissa Majchrzak has been working as a professional photographer for nearly 20 years. In 2006 she was named NBA team photographer for the Utah Jazz, becoming the first and only female to hold the position in the NBA. With a degree in Corporate photography and nearly 17 years in professional sports, Melissa has a diverse background from portraiture, editorial and action. Some of the corporate clients she has worked along with include Primary Children's Hospital, Utah Business Magazine, Larry H. Miller Group of Companies, Salt Lake Chamber, Nu Skin, doTERRA, Utah Sports Commission, Energy Solutions, Attorney General Sean Reyes, New York Times, Sports Illustrated, McDonalds, Target and Macys.
Non-Profit Spotlight:

The National Ability Center offers programs in adaptive recreation, outdoor adventure, training and education, competition athletes and life skills. Activities include alpine and Nordic skiing, snowboarding, snowshoeing, horseback riding, hippotherapy, indoor rock climbing, swimming, archery, sled hockey, cycling, water-skiing, wakeboarding, kayaking, canoeing, paddle boarding, and rope course.
The NAC’s Splore Outdoor Adventures, specializes in delivering outdoor adventures including river rafting, snowshoeing, climbing, Nordic skiing throughout Northern and Southern Utah’s mountains ranges. The NAC is passionate about helping people with cognitive, developmental and physical abilities be out and active along with their loved ones.
In the last year, over 7,200 individuals and their families participated in NAC programs. Because safety is the first priority, instruction is provided by professional, certified instructors and complemented by trained interns and volunteer assistants. More than 1,900 volunteers contribute over 36,000 hours annually. Many of the instructors and volunteers are also individuals with disabilities and serve as role models for our participants.
