Business Women's Forum 2020: 10/20 Bridging Differences to Get More From Mentorship
At Altitude Lab, we see a healthier future made possible by a community of new voices and ideas. We’re connecting a new generation of founders to the resources they need to make that future possible. As a blended incubator/accelerator model, Altitude Lab is focused on developing a diverse group of health care founders into stewards of innovation, inclusivity, and smart business.
A critical resource to our founders is a network of mentors and coaches who will help amplify strengths, overcome weaknesses, and build their leadership brand. As a program seeking to elevate founders from diverse backgrounds, we are frequently matching entrepreneurs to mentors who are significantly different from themselves.
In this interactive presentation we will discuss how to bridge differences to be a better mentor and strategies to receive better mentoring from your own mentors.
