NON-PROFIT SPOTLIGHT:

Equality Utah is the state's premier LGBTQ advocacy organization. For two decades, they've been working to secure equal rights and protections for LGBTQ Utahns and their families by passing historic legislation and finding common ground with their neighbors. Within their organization, Equality Utah focuses on education designed to empower and activate people right here in Utah. They do this by providing outreach all over the state, by designing programs for change that focus on issues which affect the lives of LGBTQ Utahns. Taking part in Equality Utah's interactive diversity and inclusion training is a big step forward: meeting people where they currently are, building on shared values, and opening hearts to the benefits of having a diverse work team. Ultimately, all their efforts combined are what help make Utah a more welcoming, inclusive place for everyone to live and work.
