ABOUT THE PRESENTER:
Marian Janikula, Executive Recruiter, Intermountain Health
Marian has a passion for talent discovery and recruitment. After attending Virginia Tech, she started her career in hospitality working for Park City Waldorf Hilton. She has been working as a recruiter for Intermountain Healthcare for the past 8 years currently specializing in executive recruitment. She LOVES to interview people. Asking non-stop questions and observing the smallest details and nuances in job candidates, makes Marian perfect for her role. A key to success for her is to partner closely with experts in the field she is recruiting for, allowing her to lean in on the human element aspect and allowing the expert to focus on the technical side. In addition to recruitment, Marian also helps to facilitate a Women in Leadership course. In this course she helps attendees learn how to highlight their experiences, achievements, and development. She enjoys helping people dive deep into their experience, more than they have by themselves.

NON-PROFIT SPOTLIGHT:

People Helping People, Inc (PHP) is a local grassroots 501 c3 non-profit Employment Program dedicated to helping low-income women and single moms reach their full potential in the workplace.
