Business Women's Forum 2026 | The Courage to Connect: Leadership That Unites

In a time of polarization and rapid change, leaders are being called to do more than manage; they are being asked to connect and bridge world views. Mindy B. Young will deliver a powerful talk for peacemakers and bridge builders who want to lead with courage, empathy and clarity. Explore how understanding, listening and grounding decisions in shared values strengthens teams, improves communication and drives sustainable results. Blending personal insight with practical leadership tools, this session offers heart-centric perspectives for today's workplace, helping professionals build trust, navigate conflict and foster cultures where people feel seen, valued and motivated to work together toward common ground.

Please Note: If you are attending the event with a friend/colleague, you won't be sitting together at lunch. This is primarily a networking event and we purposely separate people to encourage networking.
