Cowboy Poet Darrel Holden
Darrel Holden is a proud fifth-generation rancher raising cattle in Utah's West Desert. e started writing cowboy poetry in 1983 while a freshman in high school. He began performing after gentle nudges from his mother, wife, and daughter. e writes about humor, strife, pain, joy, and ranching. Darrell carries the legacy handed to him from his ancestors as a fierce defender of ranching families and our stewardship of livestock and nature. Darrel finds writing to be therapeutic and healing for his heart. Married to his best friend and sweetheart, Angie, and they have two amazing kids, who are both top hands. Darrel is the happiest horseback with family and cattle.
Singer/Songwriter Kaden Miner
Raised in the Wasatch mountains of Utah, Kaden Miner is a young songwriter who focuses on telling the stories of the people who make their living from the land. Inspired by the likes of Ian Tyson, Brenn Hill, and Chris LeDoux, he paints an honest and raw picture of the West. e draws from firsthand experiences working on ranches and breaking horses to bring a personal perspective to his listeners. His music can be found on all streaming platforms, and he is working towards his first recorded album. Kaden lives with his wife, Lindsay, on the Circle H ranch in Woodruff, Utah.
