Culinary Crafts Pop-Up Restaurant

We are thrilled to be partnering with Wasatch Community Gardens for a very special "pop-up" restaurant in celebration of Earth Day on April 22, 2016. Our 6-course menu has been created especially for this Pop-up and will feature many locally sourced items, as well as a few surprises! This unique feast will only be offered for one remarkable evening. The restaurant pops up for a night and then disappears, offering a once-in-a-lifetime experience. Wasatch Community Gardens will receive a portion of the event proceeds, and we love that their mission is a perfect match for the importance of Earth Day as well as the importance of fresh and delicious food! Just some of the features of our menu are, Snake River Farms pork belly caramelized confit with anise, Fish en papillote with sorrel sauce, pink peppercorns and citrus, Shiitake and miso-rubbed beef tenderloin with cauliflower puree, and a trio of seasonal cheeses.This special evening will take place at Salt Lake City?s beautiful new venue, The Falls, at Trolley Square. Weather permitting, hors d?oeuvres will be served on The Falls? outdoor patio. Don?t miss this opportunity to share a world-class meal with fellow food enthusiasts.
