The Utah Department of Workforce Services will be hosting its first-ever statewide, virtual job fair on Thursday, April 16. Sponsored in conjunction with the Salt Lake Chamber and the Economic Development Corporation of Utah (EDCUtah), this opportunity is available to employers with job openings anywhere in the state.
Additionally, companies currently undergoing layoffs are encouraged to make their employees aware of this opportunity.
The virtual job fair is designed to connect Utah job seekers to current employment opportunities to reduce the impact of COVID-19 on Utah’s economy. See this YouTube video for a short overview:
