Entrepreneurs - Managing Today's Stress

The Veterans Business Resource Center, in conjunction with the Utah Department of Veterans & Military Affairs and the Utah SBDC, host Psychologist, Dr. Jason Goodson to discuss effective tools to deal with the unique current stressors placed on entrepreneurs and their families during the uncertain times. 

Dr. Goodson earned his PhD from Utah State and followed with a 2 year fellowship at Dartmouth Medical School. Afterward, began working in the VA System, returning to Utah where he currently works at George E. Wahlen Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center. He maintains a private practice, writes & lectures extensively, and even consulted with Will Smith on his feature motion picture "After Earth" on the nature of anxiety and fear.
