February Newsmaker Breakfast - Kem C. Gardner Policy Institute The University of Utah David Eccles School of Business

The Kem C. Gardner Policy Institute announces its next Newsmaker Breakfast, a monthly event highlighting important issues impacting Utahns.

Declining water levels threaten economic activity, public health, and ecosystems at Great Salt Lake and surrounding communities. Utah’s research universities, along with partners in state government, have joined in a model partnership to analyze and share best available data and research on Great Salt Lake’s declining water levels.

Join leading scholars and other experts on Great Salt Lake as they present synthesized data and research about lake levels, trends, and policy options to improve water management and increase water deliveries to the lake.

The conversation will be facilitated by Gardner Institute Director Natalie Gochnour. Media are invited to attend and ask questions. Please RSVP to gardnerinstitute@eccles.utah.edu as space is limited.
