About the Presenter
Brook Lyons is a business relationship manager and is tasked with leading and enhancing the entire financial relationship between her customer and Wells Fargo, taking care of all of their needs and providing an exceptional customer experience is her primary focus. Typical customers in her book of business earn more that $2 million in revenue annually and have complex financial management needs such and foreign exchange and treasury management.
With more than 18 years of diversified banking experience including teller, personal banker, marketing specialist, communications specialist, store manager and relationship manager, Brook believes in the value of relationships and serving people to the best of her ability. She is a cash management expert, along with providing her customers with traditional banking advice and guidance, she consults them on ways to improve their cash flow, accuracy, internal controls, efficiencies and much more to improve their bottom line. Helping businesses to succeed is her business.
She is a board member and/or active member of United Way’s Women’s Leadership Council, Habitat for Humanity, Senior Charity Care Foundation, the Salt Lake Chamber Women in Business Center, and NAWBO.
Brook is accredited by the Association of Financial Professionals (AFP) as a Certified Treasury Professional (CTP). She received her BA in Business Management from University of Phoenix.

If you are driving, please park in the west side of the parking lot at the Chamber building. When you arrive, proceed to the left/west (monthly and validated parking) area and take a ticket and pass through the yellow parking gate. We’ll provide validations upstairs at the front desk. Please do not enter on the right/east side and park in the two rows closest to the building or you will have to pay in advance and we will not be able to validate your parking.
