Understanding your own unconscious bias sits at the core of inclusive leadership. What is unconscious bias exactly? And, how does it impact our experiences in the workplace? Join the conversation in examining these questions to deepen our understanding of our own unconscious biases. Join a diversity of leaders across region, sector and industry to embark upon a journey of understanding your unconscious bias in a safe learning environment. Learn how our perceptions influence our conversations, interactions and decision-making in the workplace. This Inclusion Experience is for any leader who is interested in taking their inclusive leadership skills to the next level.
