Join the Inclusion Experience Project for our next Inclusion Experience IXP2 and explore the concept of “Building Resilience in Leadership” on Oct 24 at Salt Lake Community College, Main Redwood campus.  As diversity in the workplace continues to grow, leaders like you, are being challenged to expand their point of view, broaden their range of rules and tools of engagement, and exercise a heightened level of consciousness in their strategic decision-making. This Inclusion Experience will provide leaders with expert guidance, a safe learning environment and the practical tools they need to build their resilience in leadership.  This Inclusion Experience is for any leadership team interested in learning and applying inclusive behaviors that build resilience in the workplace.
