Director, Utah Office Consumer Health Services
Patty Conner is the Director of Office of Consumer Health Services (OCHS) under the Governor's Office of Economic Development. OCHS is responsible for the development and management of Avenue H. Avenue H is one of the first public health insurance marketplaces to operate in the country.
Chris Dahl
Practice Leader Employee Benefits, The Buckner Company
Chris Dahl joined The Buckner Company in July 2010. Chris focuses on large group employee benefits sales. His goal is to help clients find the right coverage for the best prices, and to help them keep costs and claims down.
Nate Gladwell
RN, MHA, Director, of TeleHealth and TeleMedicine
As an ED and ICU nurse, Nate developed a passion for the human elements of healthcare. Desiring to develop and improve systems to extend human potential, Nate pursued a Master of Healthcare Administration from the University of Minnesota. Graduating with honors he successfully completed an Administrative Fellowship with the CEO of University of Utah Hospitals and Clinics.
Donna Milavetz

After 20 years of practicing internal medicine, Dr. Milavetz recognized how truly broken our healthcare system was. The traditional fee-for-service model of healthcare was driving up costs, reducing the quality of care and leaving both patients and doctors dissatisfied. Dr. Milavetz knew she could generate better health outcomes for patients with greater savings for employers using a model that places real value on primary care.
Norm Thurston
Director, Office of Health Care Statistics, Utah Dept. of Health
Dr. Thurston has been a policy analyst and health economist for the Utah Department of Health for the past twelve years. Currently, he is the Director of the Office of Health Care Statistics, responsible for the collection, analysis, and dissemination of data related to health care cost and quality for the State of Utah.
