An invitation to Utah's leaders to discuss key healthcare issues
Mark Wietecha, President and CEO of the Children's Hospital Association will be the speaker of the August 13 Healthy Dialogues lecture series presented by Intermountain Healthcare. The topic will be on how national healthcare reform is affecting children's health.
About MARK WIETECHA
Wietecha is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Children's Hospital Association, an institution representing over 200 hospital organizations and programs dedicated to improving child health through innovation in care, education and research. Prior to joining the Association, Wietecha was the Executive Chairman of Kurt Salmon (2004-2011), overseeing a global consulting firm of over 2,000 professionals serving clients on five continents in six languages. He is a past Board Member of Management Consulting Group PLC, a London listed company where he served as Deputy Chairman from 2008-2009. In addition to the Children's Hospital Association Board of Trustees, he serves on the Boards of the Council of Teaching Hospitals and Health Systems of the Association of American Medical Colleges (AAMC), the Coalition to Protect America's Health Care, and Virtual PICU Systems LLC, where he also served as Chair. Wietecha is the current Chair of the UCLA Health Systems Board of Overseers.

The Healthy Dialogues lecture series, presented by Intermountain Healthcare, brings national healthcare leaders to Utah to engage in conversations about health policy with local business, healthcare and community leaders.
