Leadership Utah, the Salt Lake Chamber’s signature leadership program, is an exclusive experience designed for mid- and upper-level management professionals. Participants gain insight into the opportunities and challenges facing our state while becoming more engaged and effective leaders.
Over the course of the year, this diverse cohort of public- and private-sector professionals will expand their networks, hear from key community leaders and learn how they can best support Utah’s ever-changing society.
Participants are selected through a competitive application and review process. Applications must be submitted by May 8, 2026, 5 p.m. A maximum of 60 individuals will be admitted. Acceptance letters will be sent by July 1, 2026, along with an invoice. Please do not submit payment unless and until you have been accepted into the program.
If accepted, the cost for the 10-month program is $2,800.

A strong commitment to the program is essential to fully benefit from the Leadership Utah experience. Participants must attend at least 80% of all scheduled activities to graduate.
