About the presenter:
Laurie Reynoldson has comprehensive knowledge of the local commercial real estate market as an accomplished industry professional. Prior to joining Thorton Oliver Keller, Laurie was a leasing manager with Hawkins Companies where she oversaw leasing activities in their national portfolio of commercial properties. In addition, Laurie has 18 years of experience as a practicing commercial real estate and development attorney. Laurie brings a practical framework to each deal and a deep understanding of complex sales and leases, negotiations, financing transactions, and land use entitlements.
Laurie received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Design and Planning Studies from the University of Washington in Seattle, Washington. She earned a Juris Doctorate degree, graduating magna cum laude, from Gonzaga University's School of Law in Spokane, Washington. Laurie is currently pursuing the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation, widely known as one of the commercial real estate industry's most prestigious certifications. She presently holds the Certified Leasing Specialist (CLS) designation from the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), a designation held by just 10% of commercial real estate professionals. She has received numerous awards and honors throughout her career.
