Dinner will feature Parmigiano-Reggiano from Valserena, Parma, Italia. Since 1879 Valserena has been producing Parmigiano Reggiano in the oldest dairy still in business. The recipe is almost 150 years old, handed down from father to son for six generations. Considered the king of cheeses, Parmigiano-Reggiano is rich in proteins, vitamins, minerals and is lactose free.
