Parleys Canyon Campground Maintenance

Affleck Park is a pristine area surrounded by beautiful shade trees. Come help preserve the shade for park visitors. Volunteers are needed to wrap the bases of large Cottonwood trees with chicken wire in an attempt to mitigate tree felling/ damage due to increased beaver activity in the area. Volunteers must bring water, sunscreen, sun protection, bug spray, food, work boots and pants.
