Merrill J. Taylor, CPA has been in public accounting since 2003 when he started with Ernst & Young in Orange County, California. In 2006, Merrill joined the regional firm WSRP in Salt Lake City, Utah. As a tax manager, Merrill worked with businesses and business owners to help reduce taxes.
In 2014, Merrill partnered with Julie Clark and Shawna Rasmussen to form Clark Rasmussen Taylor, CPAs. Clark Rasmussen Taylor, CPAs works with small businesses owners to help reduce taxes.
Merrill is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants as well as the Utah Association of Certified Public Accountants. In 2012 and 2013, Merrill was selected by CPA Practice Advisor as one of the 40 Under 40 CPAs in the country that is helping to shape the future of the accounting industry.
