Alta Vue Apartments is a new 218-unit, 100 percent affordable housing community located at 820 West 200 South in the heart of Salt Lake City’s westside. Developed by Alta Bay Capital in partnership with Goldman Sachs, KeyBank, Utah Housing Corporation, and the Utah Private Activity Bond Authority, Alta Vue represents a major investment in the long-term housing stability and economic vitality of the city’s westside neighborhoods.
The community was designed to provide high-quality, energy-efficient housing for individuals and families earning 60 percent of the area median income (AMI). Alta Vue includes one-and two-bedroom apartments with modern finishes, in-unit washers and dryers, and full-size kitchens. Shared spaces feature a fitness center, multiple work-from-home rooms, resident clubhouse, and community kitchen. The building also includes a secured parking garage with EV charging stations, bike storage, and outdoor gathering areas that encourage social connection and wellness.
